Internship sponsor/community advisory board memberTo change the direction of their lives which is a big order…and have Corps members say ‘you know I could maybe become a graphic artist or maybe I could go to technical college or maybe even go to a four year college.'
The NYC Justice Corps is outcomes-focused and supports your organization’s investment in Justice Corps members.
Your agency expands its capacity at minimal cost: Interns spend 21-35 hours over six-to-eight weeks on internships and can also divide their time between their internship assignment and educational programs. The NYC Justice Corps continues to pay Corps members an hourly stipend and requests a small match rate from our intern hosts. Click here to view a one pager for interested Employer Partners.

The William Hodson Senior Center is the oldest senior center in the United States. Corps members undertook an intensive clean-up campaign, restored the stage in the main dining room, and repainted the walls of the auditorium to create a vibrant atmosphere for the seniors.
Crotona Park is the largest park in the South Bronx and has partnered with the Justice Corps on a variety of outdoor and indoor projects. Corps members have repainted basketball courts and playground areas, as well as the walls of the pool house. Most recently, they helped design and plant a new garden landscape by building a fence around newly installed flowerbeds to prevent erosion.
